"For now, if you need anything, feel free to call someone for it." he told her.

"You also have full access to the cafeteria." he then finished, before they said their farewells, and he left.

"...now. To work." he said to himself.

Meanwhile, Ilias and Kiah had just finished up with an experiment, and the former looked towards the latter.

"Hey." he said.

"Everything all right with your sister?" he asked. "You seemed pretty concerned when she called you."

"Apparently those she lives and works with are disappearing." She told him.

"Last I heard, the last three were being brought back here."

"...though, granted, it'd be nicer to see her again under better circumstances..."

"And yeah, it really has been quite awhile. I think the last time we saw her .... was back in France." She added after a moment, thinking about it.

Ilias thought as well for a moment, pondering it as well.

"....ah... yeah." he said.

"Yeah, actually, that's right." he confirmed.

"We've seen a few of her shows since then, but she's always been too busy for a proper meeting or get-together or whatever." he said further.

"So yeah, it's been a bit." he summarised, shaking his head slightly.

"And yeah, that WAS back in France. Damn, we really haven't been there much since then, have we?"

"Nope. The times we do end up at home together for an extended period of time, at least one of us is on call for if something happens." She commented.

"I mean, sure. with my mana, travelling wouldn't really be an issue, but it's still better to just... not. I'd hate for that to interrupt something."

"Because we really haven't just... gotten away, the two of us." he commented, almost wistfully, before snapping himself back tor reality.

"Hopefully we'll be able to help her." he said further.

"And hopefully those that have gone missing are all okay."

"Literally. If she's been scrying, and it's turning up ANY result, they're alive. Can't scry for the dead." She added after a moment ro two.

"It's more a question of .... what happened. Different plane? Shrunken down to some small size that no one can find? Portals used? I just... I have no idea and there are too many options to consider."

"And, not gonna lie, I'm worried about them being here. Did they bring whatever it is that was plaguing them back here?" She asked.

"It's unfortunate and shitty for a theatre to have that happen, but it'd be catastrophic here."

"If not later." Kiah commented with a sigh.

"And you know that. Sometimes I don't get home. I've heard you chew me out about that ... a lot." She added with a laugh.

She sighed as she looked to the clock, before stepping out of the dorm. Kaia was off to chat with her sister, and as far as she could tell, with the time, it was easily dark outside, meaning that there was no way for her to come across some sun. So she was opting to go out and look around the place. She knew the layout the theatre like the back of her hand, so she wantd to, h opefully, get as comfortable there.

Plus it would be good to know the limits of where she could go during the day, as well.
