@Lina: i often get bad headaches due to an old prescription
and exposed to a lot of blue light for my artwork.
and then on top of that periods i often get very bad headaches that last from like 3am up until the next day LOL

@MoodyB: that sounds awful, I’m sorry.
I try not to do art for too long without breaks because screens hurt my eyes. But I get caught up in it sometimes and hours go by. >.<

@MoodyB: luckily digital art is just a hobby for me. So I can take breaks when I need to.
I play video games a lot but it isn’t so bad since the tv is across the room. Being so close up to my tablet to draw is the problem.
