"Here's hoping." he said.

"And sure, I can join you for dinner." he told her.

"The nice thing about the time zone difference is that I can be with you guys, AND Hollie, for Christmas." he laughed, before looking at the gift that Ty had given him, wondering what it was.

"But it looks like we're all going to have a VERY Merry Christmas this year."

Angela just laughed.

"timezones can be lovely. Especially when mana can be used to travel, AND you being you, you don't need to sleep, at all." She commented.

"I'll text you details once I know them." She added.

"For now, I am going to take those two home." She paused, smirking slightly.

Hal winked.

"Of course." he responded.

He then made his way back to the table where he set the Geode on, and left two more presents there. One was addressed to Ty, and the other to Angela and Zeke. Once he did so, he picked up his own gifts that he had received.

"I need to make my way back to my office!" he declared.

"See you all later!"

"See ya!" Angela called before he left.

Sure enough, Christmas morning, Angela di the whole tree thing with the girls, but come about noon, she just chuckled.

"All right you two, let's get ready to head to Ty's soon." Sure enough, the girl did as need be, cleaned up, got dressed, and a couple of hours later, they parked in the lot for the building Ty lived in, before making their way to the buzz.

"Hey Ty. Feel like some company today?" Angela asked after he'd answered the buzzer.

There was silence on the other side for a moment, before they heard a beeping and a buzzing.

"Yeah, sure, come on in." Ty said.

The three of them made their way to his door and knocked on it, with him answering seconds later, dressed in jeans and a tee-shirt.

"Hey." he greeted them.

"Merry Christmas." he said with a smile.

"Come on in." he finished, stepping aside.

"Happy Christmas." Lunet said with a soft smile before before Ty gently grasped her hand and led her, and the other two, inside.

"Figured that there was no reason for you to be alone on Christmas." Angela commented with a light laugh.

"I have food ready to be sent by the fae at home at a moment's notice, as well."

"That's very nice of you." he said.

"But you know it's not a HUGE issue for me to be alone on Christmas." he went on, before pausing. "For the record, that was not meant to be as depressing as it sounded." he quickly said.

"And food to send? Well, THAT'S extra nice!" he added.

"I figured that we might as well go full out and make this a Christmas for you to remember." She told him simply, but with no details.

"I mean hell, you're TRYING to get approval to adopt Lunet, right?" She asked.

"Why not show 'em that Christmas isn't a depressing day for ya?"

Ty shrugged.

"A fair point." he said.

"I still have NO idea when or if I'll be approved." he then sighed, before pausing.

"Though, on a similar line of discussion, I'm actually preparing to move." he revealed.

"I've found a nice little house about 30 minutes from here, and I can absolutely afford the mortgage." he said. "Won't be until Spring of next year, but it'll show I'll have the space for Lunet." he continued.

"And if nothing else... it's time I had a nicer living area." he shrugged. "Someplace that I can feel some pride in returning home to."

"I know." he said.

"So I'm going to get out of this apartment and have a 'real' home." he told her.

"...been saving up for a long time, anyway. Might as well do SOMETHING with it, that isn't alcohol." he reasoned.

"But anyway, yeah, it'll be in early Spring of next year, pretty much when the snow melts." he stated again.

"Hopefully when I move in there, they'll let me take in Lunet."

Ty nodded in response, as he received a text on his phone. He read it and smirked.

"Seems Hal's going to be coming over." he told her.

"He's had a lovely Christmas with Hollie, and she's even urged him to double-dip and come here." he chuckled.

"So we can look forward to him showing up in the near future." he said further.

"Oh, and what about Zeke?" he then asked.

"Is he going to show up, or does he not want to crowd the place?" he asked her. "This isn't a sardine can, but it DOES fill up quickly." he admitted.

"And I know that the time difference between here and France is greater than here and Wales. So I know he could easily double-dip as well." he then chuckled.

"So I was just wondering." he shrugged.

Sure enough, Hal showed up a bit later, and then after that, Zeke did, with the food. Everyone laughed and had a good time, eating and exchanging presents, until it was starting to get dark outside.

"All right." Hal said.

"I think it's about time we all headed out." he commented.

Ty looked a little sad that Lunet had to go already, but he nodded.

"You both have a good time, kids?" he asked Lunet and Liv.

"... I dun wanna go in the car for the length ride. Can you just mana me home?" She asked the nephilim innocently as Lunet got to her feet from the couch and made her way over to Ty.

Zeke just laughed a little when she said that.

"Well, I suppose." he said.

Ty waved to Liv as she made her way to Zeke, but then noticed that Lunet was walking over towards HIM.

And that Liv had said 'see ya' to Lunet.

"...wait..." he said.

"Hold on, aren't you all forgetting someone?" he asked with a light chuckle, as he placed a hand on Lunet's shoulder.

"Nope." was Lunet's answer.

"Happy Christmas, Ty." was all Angela said, a soft smile on her face. She knew he'd realise what she meant with that, or at least was pretty damned sure he would. This was something he'd been working toward, after all, for months. It'd been almost a year by this point.
