"Really." Hal confirmed.

Lunet let out a small cry of surprise as she was pulled in, while Angela just laughed.

"I'll hold onto her stuff, barring anything she wants, until you move." She told him honestly.

"Just so you don't end up super cluttered in here." She added. "Because... she's gotten a decent wardrobe and whatnot now."

Ty continued to hold Lunet for a moment, before letting go and looking over towards Angela.

"Thank you..." he said quietly, tears in his eyes.

"Actually, I'll see if the date can't be moved a little." he went on.

"See if it can be sooner. The ones selling the place are more than willing to work with me, and they made it clear they'd just like it sold sooner rather than later." he continued.

"Why?" Zeke asked.

"Moving out of the country, and it's a property that they inherited from some relative. They weren't close, but were the only living relatives. No memories or anything, but they don't want to just abandon it." Ty responded.

"regardless, I gotta drive home." She then said. "You get to finally have Lunet, the official paperwork is waiting on naught but signatures and shit, which can be done in the next few days."

"Lunet, please don't be a stranger." was the last thing she said, before Lunet nodded.

"I don't wanna be." The child answered.

Hal nodded.

"Congratulations, Tyson." he said.

After that, goodbyes were exchanged, and when they had all left, he looked at Lunet.

"Well then." he muttered.

"Looks like we need to get you set up here until we can get you that proper home." he told her.

"NOT sleeping on the floor." he assured her.

"And this place is definitely large enough for the both of us for now." he then said. "Though when I go back to work at the Unit, you'll be spending a good amount of time at the daycare centre there." he told her further.

"I assume that will be all right." he continued.

"But... well... I'm happy that I'm allowed to be here for you."

"Yep" She answered.

A couple of years later, Lunet was sitting in the cafeteria trying to figure out what had happened to Ty's phone. It had died, nothing worked, so while he got a new one, she swiped the old one. She had no idea WHY she had the desire to try and figure it out, but maybe, just maybe, she could do something.

Granted, she was blind. How the hell COULD she do anything? Even she didn't know, but something within her was calling for her to do this.

So she was sitting in the cafeteria, her braille laptop on the table ahead of her, the phone being connected, her headphones on so she could hear everything being read back to her, all as she was trying to fix the phone.

As she was doing this, a pair of people walked into the cafeteria. One was Kiah, and the other was Leo. He was with Kiah because they were discussing a new system that was to be installed in the R&D department, but Leo paused when he saw Lunet.

"...hm?" he mumbled.

"New hire?" he asked, gesturing to her.

"...seems a bit on the young side, but then again, so do I." he chuckled.

"Also, I notice that's a braille laptop." he then commented.

"The difference is that she's a kid." Kiah commented.

"Seriously. She's like... eleven?" She asked, knowing that he wouldn't know, but also that she wasn't sure.

"She's Ty's kid." She then said. "And she's blind." followed a couple seconds later, since she realised that he brought up the laptop.

"Also, she doesn't work here. She's probably supposed to be in the daycare section, but they don't care too much when you're as well behaved as she is."

"There probably is more, but heaven help me I have no idea right now. My brain is kinda stuck on the equation I'm having a hard time with lately."

"It's okay." he said.

"Just remember that you need to make a decision in 30 days time." he reminded her. "Contact me within that time if you think of anything more you need me to do." he continued.

"It's best to not ask for changes once the contract has been sighed." he went on.

"Friend or no, red tape HATES it when that happens." he mumbled.

"I might be the owner and operator of the company, but it's a pain to do changes to a contract post-signing. Unless the changes are super small. Then I just do it as a bonus."

"Probably." She answered. "Techretti is the leading supplier and shit, after all."
