Ash paused as he heard that.

"Ah..." he stammered.

"Well, there was a surge of pain in the shoulder, but it's... well, I can deal with it." he told her. "And my chest feels fine, and my right thigh has pain in it as well, but it's ignorable." he said further.

"So... if what you say is true, my thigh will have pain I can ignore, my chest will be uncomfortable, and my shoulder will probably scream at me for a bit." he guessed.

"So that'll be fun, but it's better than how I was before." he reasoned.

"By a LOT."

"As much as I'd love to hang out and have the pain be minimal, I think it'd be best for everyone if I scrammed." Ash reasoned.

He then paused a moment, thinking about it.

"Ah." he said, looking over his body... and seeing that the glow was all but gone now.

"Oh. Never mind." he chuckled. "I was gonna ask how long the glowing was going to last, but it seems like that won't be a problem." he reasoned with a small laugh, before getting to his feet.

The two of them then exited the mansion, as Raphael ran towards them. Ash readied himself for a reaming, but the archangel ignored him, focusing on Asriel.

"I have no idea where he is." he growled. "Guess he's hiding somewhere NEW now." he told her, as Ash feigned like he wasn't listening.

Ash nodded in response.

"Yeah." he replied.

"Thanks again." he said, as he started to walk away. As he did, he heard the two archangels talking about Michael, and he swore he heard Emelie's name a couple of times, but he ignored it and left the realm, returning to the surface, in his backyard.

And as soon as he did, he almost doubled over from the sheer pain that shot through him. He managed to remain standing, however, and sighed.

Where you at? he texted to Ashleigh.

Raphael was stunned to hear that, and she saw the shock in his eyes.

"....what." he managed to get out.

"A FALLEN had ASCALON!?" he exclaimed.

"Well, what happened to it!?" he asked her.

"That blade is dangerous!"

Raphael just growled loudly.

"Oh PISS OFF!" he shouted to the side.

"Great! Just great!" he said.

"Emelie decides she's gonna be all persona non grata, and now THIS!" he said further.

"Damn it all!" he cursed further, before forcing himself to heave a heavy breath.

"...this is not good. At all."

Raphael was silent once more upon hearing that.

"....I see." he said, crossing his arms over his chest.

"If the Harmony is feeling it, then this IS a problem." he told her.

"...what could have happened?" he asked rhetorically.

"Or, rather, what IS happening?" he then clarified. "Because I get the feeling there's some serious stuff about to happen."

Raphael looked around them, and sighed.

"The others will need to be told." he said.

"We all already sense it, but we need to tell them that this isn't just a holiday for her." he told her.

"...and we need to do SOMETHING." he continued.

"What? I don't know." he then admitted.

"Uriel and Gabriel already have connections down there." Raphael said.

"It might be easier for them to get information without alerting whomever might be behind... whatever's happening." he reasoned.

"You so as well." he then remembered.

"So you three have the best chances of covertly getting SOMETHING." he told her further.

"Hopefully." he then mumbled.

Raphael snapped his fingers.

"I forgot about Sariel!" he said. "Where is she, anyway?" he asked.

"Last I saw of her, she was out by the orchard in the back." Asriel responded.

"Got it!" Raphael said quickly, before racing off to where the orchard was. He was there in a matter of seconds, and didn't immediately see his 'sister'. So he just shook his head.

"SARI!" he called out.

He whirled around and looked at her.

"Woah!" he exclaimed.

"Yeah, need to speak with you." he said. "You know the feeling we've been having about Emelie taking a sudden vacation?" he asked her.

"...what of it?" Sariel asked hesitantly.

"The Harmony's feeling it, too." Raphael told her.

"And a Fallen fought the Fyrane... and they had Ascalon." he added.
