Long time no see. How have you been? 2020 definitely flew by for me and 2021 is much the same.

I'm sorry to everyone for vanishing after making so many promises. This place is so beautiful and filled with such beautiful people, and the community deserved so much better than that.

It's comforting to see a lot of the same faces. Even after dropping off the map for so long, y'all are still like a family to me. <3 And it's nice to have a grounded place like this to come back to.

I've got a lot of catching up to do! What's new?

@Totalanimefan: Thank you thank you! Tbh I just need to stop pressuring myself and just go with the flow. I'm a hermit and introvert to the core but still find myself longing for crowds and liveliness; and avatar forums have always been enticing since it's like a party that's always going on...but if I get overstimulated I can step outside for a while.

I'm gonna have to take a dive into the Lore Archive and see what I've missed for world events!

@Anarchist Beauty: It is an Ana! It's good to see you again! I'm glad you're still around c: It definitely wouldn't be the same without you! I'm sad to see that Saph is gone :c I hadn't logged on in forever but even when I'm away these places are always in the back of my mind.

      I'm still bitter about Saph too.
      I feel you though, even though I'm mostly just here now I still think about other places from time to time.
      I'm just too lazy to go anywhere else at this point.
      And now I've just opened up a brand new hangout thread here, so I really ain't going anywhere else.

Times are definitely changing :c Avatar sites were such a different beast before the Internet went mainstream. Now every site is a social media; everyone and their great-grandma is on Facebook; and it seems like the rest of the alt crowd sticks to little niche groups on Discord and Tumblr. I also can't help but think that there's an entire generation who would love these kinds of places but just doesn't know avatar communities are a thing.

But all things old become new again, so it's only a matter of time!

      I think it died it's final death in 2019?
      I'm not 100% sure though.
      I try not to think about it bc it ended horribly and I'm still bitter.

      @Vii: It was a severe loss. I had considered Sapherna my true home online.
      Now it's like someone burnt it down and I had to relocate.
      At least Voltra is accepting of immigrants. lol
      And frick yeah!
