@Wildfire: It's normally not that big of a deal to get my blood drawn but the transportation offered by my health insurance has become utter crap. They picked me up an hour late (without bothering to warn me so I stood outside in the heat and mosquitoes for an hour), so I was late for my appointment, which was changed to a walk-in appointment, which they aren't currently taking due to being short staffed, so I didn't even get my bloodwork done (so now I have to reschedule my doctor's appointment as well). And then I was stranded for two and a half hours waiting for a return ride that was constantly "will be there in 10/20 minutes." 🙃 Next time I swear I'm going to take a damn Lyft and bill my insurance company. 😡
Also I got a sunburn.
But at least it wasn't as bad as last time; last time I was stranded for five hours.
As for what I'm doing while I've got the house to myself? I dunno, I gotta take care of her dog and bird, which isn't too bad. I might mop and clean the bathroom while she's gone. Other than that... I dunno, just vibe I guess. 🤷♂
