@Totalanimefan: hurt my lower back so have to take a few things, so that it doesn't hurt, along with icing it or using stuff to make it feel warm, atleast taking a bath my back feels a bit normal, but after out of bath still hurts. Doing most things it hurts sitting is painful, laying down hurts even after sleeping, walking is painful, standing it sucks to stand, and I have to go to physical therapy, I am not a fan of pain, or spasms.
@Totalanimefan: I start Physical Therapy on Sept. 14th, I have to do it for six weeks, and then go see my doctor again, I picked up something, and moved it, I regret picking it up, and moving it.
Because my sciatic nerve is pinched, and at some point down the line, I will have to have surgery on it.

@Totalanimefan: surgery seems common it seems to happen to many people, it just sucks that it happened I might have to send a message to my doctor, or call up my drs nurse and chat with her a bit about all of this
@Totalanimefan: I will Probably have to, not to sue on how long their ooen for or will be around at all tomorrow or not, but if not then I'll have to call them on Monday
@Totalanimefan: they don't work long on the weekends sadly, I think they're only open until like noon, its the same as the post office hours. And no one is open on Sundays.
