I have this aroma therapy concoction that a lady made for me back in massage school last year that is a simple peppermint and orange blend.
Very very good for reducing inflammation!
So I mist some of it on the inside of my mask and then wear it--helps me soooo much with symptoms while medicine hopefully works its way through my system to kick this gross sick

Now I'm inspired to take my little bit of aroma therapy knowledge and delve deeper into that study.
Make some concoctions of my own! For myself. But like, make them appear like potion bottles. c:
