When she reached the door, she was able to identify the voice.

It was Virgil. And he was saying some very... not safe for work... things. It was clear that he and Arryn were in the middle of something. And she was NOT impressed, as this was not the place for it.

She then stopped at the door and peered in.

Except instead of Arryn with Virgil... it was Robyn!

Virgil looked over toward her. And smiled. Wide.

"Care to join in?" he asked.

"Of course you do!" he stated.

"Come and have some fun with us!" he exclaimed joyously.

It was at that point, Virgil let out a pulse. A pulse of... what felt like mana. But it would be better explained as 'exuding his aura'. It was similar to Sebastien, but at the same time, radically different.

With Sebastien, she felt her free will be drained from her, she lost her sense of self, and could only think of serving him.

With Vigil, however, she was still herself. She still had her free will and capabilities to make decisions... but she suddenly could NOT stop thinking about how handsome Virgil suddenly looked.

How irresistible he was.

And how thrilling it would be to actually join in with him and Robyn.

Virgil had not been expecting that, so he crumpled slightly when she punched him in the abdomen. He clutched at his midsection and stumbled back, falling on his ass, but laughing some.

"Oh, violence-play, huh?" he asked.

"We can do that, absolutely!" he told her, as Ilias came rushing in.

"What's going-!?" he started to say, before seeing Virgil... and then Robyn.

"What the FUCK!?" he exclaimed.

Virgil just continued to laugh a little, before looking at her.

"Ah-ha... ah-haha..." he chuckled.

"Facing Sharp's wrath... is worth it... if it means you will throw yourself at m-" he started to say further... before Ilias rushed past Kiah, and slammed his fist into Virgil's face.

Hard.

So much so, Kiah swore she heard a bone or two break... but the question was... where? And who?

"LEAVE MY GIRLFRIEND ALONE, DAMN IT!" Ilias yelled, as Virgil fell backwards and landed flat on his back, his active aura/presence all but disappearing.

As Ilias had hit Virgil, his snakes had come out full-force, and were hissing menacingly... before Kiah placed her hand on Ilias' shoulder. About half of them, Helena included, immediately turned towards her, and were flicking their tongues about her hand, as though asking if she were all right.

Ilias, meanwhile, just sighed.

"Well, Virgil's nose is... busted. And pretty sure it's doing the demon equivalent of bleeding." he told her.

He then raised his hand up, and moved it slightly.

"...aaaaand a couple of knuckles are broken." he lamented.

".......ow." he then muttered, as the anger and adrenaline wore off.

Ilias just sat down on Virgil's chest, pinning him to the floor, and nodded.

"Got it!" he called back, before they heard his phone ping. It was still with Kiah, and odds were good it was a response from the medical wing. He knew she'd give it bakc eventually, but for now, it was best if she held onto it.

Sure enough, while Kiah was tending to Robyn, Hal showed up, finding the scene he saw rather confusing.

"...what the hell is it THIS time?" he asked, exasperated.

"Kiah'll explain when she gets back." Ilias responded.

"Back?" Hal inquired.

"...again, she'll explain." Ilias sighed.

"...ok, what the hell happened." Hal growled.

"Walked in on him having some 'fun time' with Robyn, who was sitting there like a literal goddamned doll." Kiah explained. "So I intervened, and he tried to use his abilities to get ME in on it." she said further.

"I arrived just as Kiah punched him in the abdomen." Ilias chimed in. "...that didn't stop him, and he continued to exude his influence. And... after what had just happened with Sebastien... I kinda... lost my temper..." he admitted quietly.

Hal looked at Ilias, and then at Virgil, before sighing.

"Broken nose on HIM, busted knuckles on YOU?" he asked.

"Yeah." Ilias replied.

"It's fine. You're not in trouble." Hal assured him. "Though whether or not this is the same thing with Virgil will dictate what happens to HIM." he went on, as Ilias paused a moment. He then looked around before looking at Hal.

"...only one way to know, and I'm willing to take that hit." he whispered, though Kiah had heard that as well.

"Wait, what!?" Ilias exclaimed, as Hal just sighed.

"Whatever." he said. "Granted." he said further.

"No, wait-!" Ilias tried to intervene, but it was too late; Hal had already snapped his fingers.

And, sure enough, Kiah was given a whirlwind of SOME information... before she felt herself mentally slam into a wall of static, which seemed to almost engulf her, throw her out of her little mental journey, and caused her to violently stumble back, ready to fall over. However, Hal had been prepared for this, and had raced behind her, catching her as she did fall, and guiding her into a chair that was nearby.

"Well, that confirms THAT..." he muttered.

"Kiah, no!" Ilias exclaimed, before gnashing his teeth.

"God DAMN IT!" he shouted angrily, punching a nearby wall.

With his bad hand, instinctively.

This caused him to recoil immediately, and yelp out in pain.

At that particular moment, they heard a commotion from somewhere else in the lab. It sounded like someone had entered, and was sounding EXTREMELY angry. And they sounded female, too.

"DAMN THIS PLACE!" she shouted. "DAMN IT TO HELL!" she yelled further.

Kiah and Ilias recognised it immediately as Giana, one of the techs that worked at the lab. She was a minor-class efreet with impressive fire mana proficiency, and had a bit of a history of being a pyromaniac in the past. However, she had been completely rehabilitated, and had been one of the best acquisitions the lab had ever gotten.

"...Giana...?" Ilias asked quietly.

"I'LL JUST BURN THIS PLACE TO THE GROUND!" Giana then declared, seemingly talking to herself, not knowing others were there.
