- Sounds good to me. lol
I look through multiple name sites and sometimes end up with nothing.
One of my OC's, his name is currently Travis Mitchell but in the beginning I was like "Hmmm Mitch something? Yes? No?"
And then it went through a tumble of things and then we eventually arrived at Travis Mitchell.
And then other OC's just... Show up.
There's never any middle ground.
And then there is this one OC who doesn't have a name at all.
And they're literally everyone's favorite character. xD
- I had started to just refer to them as "them", but then I was like "this is actually confusing" so I told my group I was just going to refer to them as 'X'.
And they liked that, so they stole it, so they said 'legally my name will be X'.
Because they have a government job, so they did need a legal name.
But they're of the mind that they will let you call them any name you wish.
You know how you meet someone, and you're like "you look like a Stephanie" and they're like "My name is Jessica" and it's wrong? lol
With X if they look like a Stephanie, you can call them Stephanie and they'll answer.
They're best friend calls them Jordan, bc bestie is Jasper the names Jasper and Jordan go well together. lol
- Misha is a cool name.
I like Misha.
Like Misha Collins.
Excellent name.
Poor Not Misha, hating on a perfectly respectable name.

They would make a good ship.
They're perfect.
Literally, the only thing that made them break up (they dated briefly) was the fact that X is a sex repulsed asexual and Jasper a hoe. XD
But they still smooch.
Cos they're the bestest of besties and X firmly believes in smooching their friends.
They're very lovable.
- It's okay, there will still be a future.
Because Jasper's intended partner loves X, too.
Or, she will. lol
There are plans for their mutual futures.
They're gonna be some fabulous, weird, almost throuple.
Bc Jasper and Ellaia are soulmates, Jasper's player and I agreed.
But we also agreed that X and Jasper would always be homies, too.
So Ellaia and X are thrown together by circumstance.
- It's okay, I think we all secretly ship them.
Because X and Jasper are the cutest. 🥺
But Jasper and Ellaia are ✨intended✨
Mostly because Jasper and Ellaia were a thing even before X was a created. lol
And then also because my love for Jasper's face claim had to go somewhere, so I gave it to Ellaia and now there's no prying them apart. XD
- The evil little cackle they let out at the idea of being a homewrecker is hilarious.
But it's also hilariously fitting because X also has a crush on another friend character, Jacob, who's also taken. XD
I've made the equivalent of an asexual hoe, and somehow everyone still loves them.
That's power.
- They do.
They're lovable and love to love and be loved.
You'd never feel unlovable with X around.
They're a genuinely pure little soul.
- I think only Jasper actually wants X in any real way, though he knows he can't have them in certain ways.
The others are just happy to have their friendship and X doesn't push boundaries.
Though they do tease Jacob and his partner.
"Just one kiss? I'll kiss you both. That's fair!"

And X is the definition of my favorite description of a panromantic asexual.
"I fucking love people, but I don't love fucking people."
(Except they protest bc they don't cuss.)
- Earth indeed, they're a Potterverse OC.
They're American, but moved to London at 20 and became a Marine Biologist for the Ministry of Magic.
And we want the same things for them, they deserve the world and I will not rest until it's so!
And that is exactly X.

Instead of fuck buddies, they have cuddle buddies.
- Well, it's a two part RP.
Part one being teenage incarnations of the characters at Hogwarts, and part two where they're adults.
X isn't in part one, because of being American so they went to Ilvermorny.
Part one has been active for about..... Five years now? lmao
And Part two is going on two or three years now?
Part one was the first RP I ever made, it spawned the group I have now.
And from all the crap we have planned for other RP's we're gonna have to will out OC's to our kids so they can continue the stories. XD

We kinda started playing part two during the middle of part one.
So we play both the teenage and adult incarnations in separate RP's at the same time. XD
We're impatient like that.
And eventually there will come an end to them, part one will end first.
But currently it's few and far between on posts bc over the past year one of our number has gotten married, bought a house, and had a baby. lol
Though.... I actually think I am the hold up on owing a reply for that one, but my brain just hasn't been working.
I need to try to get to it though, I don't have much to do.
One post for one character, and all I need to do is get her ass to St. Mungo's.
Should be simple enough, I tell myself even though my brain never works when I want it to.
- Ehh, sometimes. We're usually pretty good at separating their characterizations though.
And right? Is RPing not your whole life? What do you mean you've got a life outside these games?
Are all the lives of all your characters not enough? What the hell? lmao

It works when it wants to and doesn't even take bribes.
It may take a threat though, usually in the form of 'if you don't reply to [game], I won't reply to [game I really like]'.
And those come from my girl Ashley, who I have several smaller discord RP's with. lol

I'm especially mad because I have this amazing fic idea, like it's all planned out in my head, but I open a new note and no words show up.

- Well my brain let me reply to the RP I owed for.
And it allowed me to edit this one fic I've been working on, but would not let me write more for it.
But now it might be attempting to allow me to start that other fully planned fic I have in my head.
So we'll see how long this lasts and how far I can get with it. lol

I've got a Professor!Loki, a DILF!Bucky Barnes, and this other one that's a childhood friend of Steve and Bucky who found her way to 2021, too.
And this old idea/new writing one I had was Slade Wilson, from the tv show Arrow.
