Edit: actually I think I just misunderstood that rule and took I as people who haven't been on in a year don't count! Oh well.

Yeah, it’s true that there are people who have been online recently that haven’t posted in a really long time. I feel like that should count but there’s no way of knowing when the last time they were on is..
