@mica: Ah, well, I slipped and fell on some ice a couple weeks ago and pretty much landed hard on my wrist and forearm. But I didn't put my hands out to catch me, they were in my jacket pockets when I went down. It wasn't fractured or anything though, just a bad sprain and possibly an internal bruise. But it's almost back to normal. Still a little sore and I think I over-used it yesterday since it's a little more sore than yesterday.
