I feel you, girl. I have hit a point where I either take benedryl to force me to pass out or i watch youtube on my tablet until i have drifted into half sleep enough times to know that if i lift my head to lock the tablet and move it, it won't make me restless again.

Insomniacs Unite. Lol.
Ever since I got promoted at work, I can’t sleep through out the week.
I get in this weird state where my body is resting but I’m still awake.
On the weekend I can take my anxiety medication because I don’t have to worry about driving, and that helps me sleep.
