I found it in my inventory, but not the avatar editor.
I assume it's meant to be in Held Items under Accessories, but it doesn't show up there for me.

I found the issue as to why it wasn't appearing in the avatar editor.
Can you check your inventory and inform me if there is an accurate reflection on your side now?
I cannot believe the mini flags haven't been tabbed for this long.
