@Totalanimefan: I was in Los Angeles. So yeah, big difference in weather! Roommate actually came home today! Although she sprung herself because she didn't trust the hospital after two major screw ups in her care, which honestly I don't really blame her (one nearly killed her!). We've got a roast I'm looking forward to but I dunno when we'll get to it.
Right now I'm upset because the paper I've been keeping track of when I've been taking my meds fell behind the bed where I can't reach it and I have no idea when I last took my cough medicine. :(
i am exhausted. This holiday weekend was insane. Lots of drama in my best friend's life that i got dragged into sorta, and then the next day i had to deal with my inlaws all day, which was fine, but i was still tired from saturday. And now today i'm tired because i went to target and looked for something to spend my gift card on. i ended up settling on a resin jewelry kit. the beads are all basically loose and now i'm putting the beads on the string so the beads don't go everywhere.
@Alorrena: Well that certainly sounds chaotic but on the bright side the resin kit sounds neat! o3o

married 02/02/2020 I love how I consistently tell YouTube not to even recommend the entire channels for these like lo-fi playlists and such, but like a third of my recommendations are just that. The algorithm is stupid.
@Totalanimefan: Yeah, we're kind of over it too. Hubby just turned on the house heater because it was reading 62°F inside just now. Wunderground says it's 40°F outside. I'm a little on the bundled up side of things and my coffee isn't staying hot long enough!

@Totalanimefan: Eh, it's okay, fortunately I remembered what time I last took the important one so was able to figure out when to take it next. Just annoying mostly, since that's the pad I do my grocery lists on! Lol. I'll get it eventually. And roommate does seem to be doing better, though she had trouble sleeping (but then again so did I; every time I try to settle down to sleep I start having a coughing fit).
@Totalanimefan: lol... yeah, it was a bit chilly in here. It's better now. I think the outside temps are starting to come up though - it's almost warm out there again! :3 And yes, a lot of what determines the thermostat settings is the house, like you said.
@Totalanimefan: lol... defrost is underway! XD ... although now that the sun is down, it's getting cold again. But that's ok. I think the temps are supposed to skyrocket here next week too, actually. I haven't personally checked, though. I guess we'll find out! XD

@Totalanimefan: I have to imagine I'm waking my roommate and our houseguest a lot with my coughing and being up at all hours. ^^;;
@JosieOpal: Well I'm fighting the flu so my last several days have been... interesting. :P But it's been a week so hopefully I'm reaching the end of this dumb illness!

@Totalanimefan: I actually have an air purifier running 24/7 anyway because she smoked in the house for like 40 years before I moved in. Though the houseguest mentioned he'd heard my coughing so I guess it's only doing so much. ^^;
I think I'm going back to urgent care when it opens... I've not gotten more than an hour sleep per day in several days and it's... getting to me.
