I know it might be a bit early, but anyone have goals or resolutions for 2023?
I dont really go by resolutions, but I have a lot of goals.
It doesn't matter how small or big they are.

here are mine.

1. Get in shape

2. invest in art books/poseable figure for art.

3. work hard on improving my fundamentals.

4. Create more paintings.

5. Work on getting commissioned more.

6. Open a sticker shop.

It's a bit longer than last years but i really want to improve a lot of my art and overall lifestyle.

I only have one and that is to start to exercise a bit. I do not have a body goal or anything. I just want to be intentional about getting in shape and getting toned in the stomach and arms. They are flabby. My legs too but I wear pants a lot so i can hide that

My injury made me rather weak, and i hate it.
So I really want to get in weight and also lose my chubby tummy.

@Justice: Very good goals!
what sort of art do you do? Or want to practice?

@MoodyB: yeah, i have a friend who is a personal trainer. i asked him because he owed me a favor. he is going to try to design me a workout plan i can do at home without having to go to a gym that i can do throughout the year.

I only have a friend who is working to be a pro athlete so we are both going to try to kinda work out together lol.

I plan on watching less movies.
In 2020 due to lockdown I started watching more movies than I probably would have. In 2021 I watched more and this year I upped it again and saw 184 movies. As much as I enjoyed many of them I think I should allocate my time better.

Maybe read more. Improve my eating and sleeping/sleeping and eating.

I hope things are okay.

My 2023 Goals for the moment, which might change is to spend less time on both the internet and on the computer. Continue reading more books from 2022, even though I struggle with reading. Lastly, spend more time with friends and make new ones, since the pandemic is almost over.

Mine are:
- Make one drawing a month
- Better sleep shedule
- work out difr storys
- Draw all playable Genshin Impact characters in chibi style
- Make better bussines card
- Upgrade sticker shop to sell other stuff (art prints, buttens ec)
- Finish working on my current dolls
- Finish a new cosplay

There might be some more im not remembering but this is a dcent list ;w;

So far my goals for the new year is...

- Draw more often -
I used to draw a lot, but in 2022 I just draw like a few times a month, I always wanted to improve my drawing skills, so I'm gonna do that starting 2023!

- Learn more recipes
and order less takeout -
Every freaking time I wanna eat something that would require me to gather ingredients and mix them up, I instead order take-out instead of groceries. I spend a lot more money doing that, so I'm gonna read up some cookbooks my family gave me as well as to search some up. Might as well invest in a few good kitchen tools to help in my cooking adventures! It'll be even healthier too!

- Complete unfinished games -
There's some video games I have not finished due to several inconvenient stuff in my life but I'll get to them someday this year.

- Learn how to repair household stuff -
It sucks when something breaks or needs maintenance, but it sucks even more when the people in charge of issuing repairs don't do their job and it's happened several times... So I'm gonna learn how to fix the pipes, patch the holes, and replace the faucets.

- Use solar power -
I always wanted to invest in a couple of solar panels so I could lower the energy bills. Plus it would be cool to have your own energy source that doesn't shut off if something like a heater and a hair dryer is running at the same time.

...So yeah, that's pretty much what I plan do to for the upcoming year.

been wanting to for 3 years now but all depends how much i make and how much my page grows.

im working on drawing a finished drawing per week haha. we'll see how it goes.

i want to do more balanced meals. but its hard with chronic illnesses and i go for whats easier. x. x

@totalanimefan: drugstore options don't actually work for me.
so i can't really use the options they have
due to my skin condition, the options flare it up and make it worse.

@Totalanimefan: For me it's not dry skin but an actual skin condition which gets super red, bumpy, etc.
Nope. Facial washes and moisturizers are kinda a toss up. things often flare up my rosacea or lotions from drug stores bother my other skin condition
which will flare that up or make it feel super greasy and oily.
Nothing has worked thus far so i won't be using any drug store type of skin care and going to a self-made small business instead.
