@Spuddy: I do believe you can. I think you buy them in the Ohm-My-Gosh Imports as a "wearable Orb" when they come out. They do look cool as hell :)
@Spuddy: I'm not too sure. Sometimes they announce if it's going to be a little late and the surge is basically about the new items they release. Like a newsletter. This will be my first one :)
