Bio: Virgil Frost is a lithe, intelligent young man who lacks the ambition necessary to apply himself. His self-awareness is clouded by how the world seems to operate against logic, and the people in it provide no end of disappointment. Some may think he truly only cares for one person, and that may hold water. He and his sibling have stood by one another since their departure from the Ice realm for reasons best left buried in the snow.
Despite doing his best to stay out of the public eye, Virgil will never stoop to attacking others, or aggressively forcing them out of his sight. It's more like he will humor them in the barest of ways, and hope for a quick separation. There is, however, one way to entice him into some form of normal socialization, and that is to provide iterations of one's craft be it representative of skill or emotion.
Virgil himself is an artist, and one of his passions clearly lies in creation. While no one may 'understand' his art, he will try his best to grasp the meaning in whatever labor of love he is presented, and that's not pertaining to just visual or written mediums. He is able to nod and appreciate all styles of expression reflected in one's art, and will offer extremely rare words of praise to varied pieces.
Virgil deep down hopes to one day own a gallery, and perhaps the running of Joyful Jamboree is a big, accidental step towards that end. While he strays far from the path of effort, his sibling wishes to unlock the potential they know is there, hiding under a self-inflicted sloth. The reason for Virgil taking charge of the Joyful Jamboree is in no way a welcomed circumstance, but maybe it will turn out to be a more positive experience than anyone could have anticipated?
