@Eruca: I see it as a problem, i can logically sympathize with someone but emotionally sympathizing is more rare for me.
I think in some ways people are like this.
For instance a stranger you've never met says 'My mom passed away today' you may say aww I'm sorry for your loss, but then go about your day as it doesn't effect you.

Nothing wrong with being basic, Only issues IMO is when people use it for some existential crap that makes no sense especially if gonna polarize it as strictly bland or the other as being an attention seeker.
I love being weird, Nothing wrong with being a bit eccentric, or even liking the simple things.

@Jazz: I appreciate your point. People make a lot of false dichotomies to try to simplify things, even though a) those categories are bs, b) it's based on a tiny ounce of information, and c) whether they find something interesting is strictly their own internal experience.
The basic in basic bitch is just someone's opinion. People are free to think I'm a boring stereotype, no problem, but why insult my gender too? :/ Why? <- My main gripe.
@FuuChan: I don't like getting a serious photo taken either! Posing properly is a model's job. lol
30 years from now we'll look back at those pictures and probably fondly remember the good times.
