Lol, it's been like that since early last week. Apparently it's a coding problem and it hasn't been fixed yet. It is amusing (and confusing) though. Lol.

When I first saw it, it was on my own welcome post and I thought maybe there was a delayed posting process here that would post my stuff an hour after I attempted to post it. I thought maybe it was a way to deter and eliminate anything horribly inappropriate being posted.
