The heart is a good symbol for vitality, and is also a very strong organ. So I'll have to agree it's probably 15.

I instantly went with math puns too at first, but yeah a heart can be a symbol and also an organ that provides a vital function.
I honestly go with math and say the x wins.

Reading the full statement, I still like heart better. But I totally see how the first part "in symbol and function" could have a mathematical meaning.

To be fair, heart has a lot to do with our 'vital signs' and is super important.

I was really sad that I missed the first spell but this may be my favorite event type so far.
