@babyboo17forever: if you click your avatar at the top of the page, it'll take you to your inventory. From there you can equip skin, ears, nose, and choose your gender. You'll have to purchase eyes and hair and clothes.
Like every other avatar website, items are bought with virtual currency, which is earned by posting. Luckily, Voltra's economy is pretty tame, so you'll get a good inventory going in no time.

@babyboo17forever: Adding to what sasha said, you get a certain amount of volts per post (depends on how long your post is), the max is 50 
. Luckily, you start off with a good amount of volts to at least buy facial features and maybe one whole outfit. It's pretty easy to earn volts, just keep postin hehe, good luck! (Also, I'm sending you a pm asking a question)
