@butterfly: It went, it went good, back ached as they had tot ip the bed up slightly as my shoulders ahve a bit of a hump sot hey tilted it down so my head was lower then my feet, and yesterday it still ached but today my leg feels a lot better, which is good given it is such a nice day out.
