@BunnyPirate: OH SNAP. I have so many things wrong with me I'll at least be a person of interest. I hope?? I'm anemic, pre-diabetic, and narcoleptic. The narcolepsy is the fun bit.
@Glume: Is there something specific that causes your anemia? Also, the best approach to pre-diabetes is really to just make sure you watch your diet (we are taught to have a 9-inch plate with one half non-starchy vegetables, one quarter pasta, rice, starchy vegetables (like peas, potatoes), or bread, and one quarter lean meat like chicken or turkey). Don't need to cut out carbs and sugar completely, just use moderation really. And exercise 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week (which sounds horrible to me, but it could really just be walking around the block)

@BunnyPirate: I want to say I don't think there is anything specific that causes my anemia, but probably its because my eating habits my whole life have been coffee all day and only eating huge dinners. I've been slowly training myself to eat tinylunch, but I still have to take a few iron pills a day.

@Glume: Ah, yeah. Always best to eat smaller meals but more of them instead of a single, large meal
