So my left arm hurts since Friday. At times I have trouble moving it. Googled it and the symptoms tell me my shoulder is overburdened (correct word?). It can take 2-6 weeks to heal.

Seriously first my lower back, then upper back and now my arm :vanora_sick:

Yeah that hurts. Do try to keep rest, otherwise you'll get an infection in it and that hurts so much more.

Might be time to consult a chiropractor. I've also heard a lot of good things about acupuncture. I had a dog that the vet said would need to be put down due to back problems, he lived ten years after we got him acupuncture treatments.

My doctor told me to train my back at the gym if possible. But I've already been doing that for over a year so. And maybe I should see a physical therapist.

Try physical therapy or acupuncture but avoid the chiropractor at all costs. My back never hurt more since seeing them and now I have more problems then before.

Are you able to go see a doctor to see if they have anything that could help keep the pain away, once it's gone?

Try a bath with some Epsom salts, and/or ice it frequently throughout the day to help keep the swelling down and ease the pain a bit. c: shoulder problems suck because they make it hard to function but then even laying down hurts q-q

@Totalanimefan: It is my workspace. But it's at an assembly line so there is nothing more ergonomic. I also have to do liftings and such.
