yeah, he goes hiking most days, and I think he still plays Tennis on the weekends? idk, he had knee surgery a few years ago so he's trying to stay active and healthy without over-stressing it. He also has to go to work around 5am I think? He's pretty high up at the plant he works at.
@Angelus: niiiice. I need to change meds, but we didn't know if I'd be in-state for the next few months and didn't want to start a new medication with unknown cross reactions while I wasn't close to my primary doctors.
Staying fit is a good thing. ^_^
