Ehh we haven't had a single wrong guess yet, letter or phrase, so changing the rules doesn't seem to matter that much.
@Jazz: I didn't get that out right last time.
I concur that specifying 'letter' guesses in the rules allowed free reign on phrase guesses.

@Vivienne: We may be in Wonderland where everything is crazy, but changing rules in the middle of a game and then changing them back is sure to make people less eager to play these games. Perhaps you should have made sure your rules outlined everything first before the game even started. Did you double-check it with the other citizens of Wonderland?

Alright guys, let's lay off. There's no need to get so upset over a game where participating only rewards you. Nobody got hurt by the rules, but accusatory posts WILL insult the people who've worked hard.
