That sounds good. The house here is an old, decaying mess.

Mom had a contractor "fix" the house, but he didn't finish the work and tried to say it would cost more, even though the amount was set in the contract.
So now they are going to sue him and find an actual good contractor.
That sucks
Yeah. There's still a lot around the house that is messed up.
The biggest thing right now seems to be a plumbing-sewage issue.
The big things here is our roof and replacing the wood walls outside. They're rotting away.

I know how that can be. Bruce likes to be a butt by taking his paw and batting things off the table or wherever they are sitting.
My cat knows that, when he tries to destroy things inside, he's going to get in trouble.

Lol. Our normal mail guy just came up to our house, apparently there was a new dude running around on Saturday. The screwed up pretty bad, lost someone's package by delivering it to the wrong road. Not wrong house. Wrong road. Wasn't put in our mailbox, but I suspect that package is long gone now.
