Nope, they will have to contact the person they were getting the package from and tell them it never came.

I once had people at the door who came to deliver the new bed. Wasn't for me, wrong address once again.
I know if it is ordered from Amazon, they will replace it for free usually.

Here they don't track down missing packages. Once they are lost, they're lost.
Actually that's usually how it goes here too. But apparently the person waiting on the missing package, called and raised hell for it to be found.

Tuijp - Hmmm, Could always get rid of your old bed? Or resell it?
TwT I need to replace my bed, but I won't be able to do that until next February.
I will need a new bed, but that's after we move. It might be another year still.
I know the next bed will also come from a thrift store though, so. That won't last long either.
Built in beds? That sounds kinda neat. But there's no way to rearrange them if you ever want to rearrange them.

We have the boxspring and mattress on the floor.
I'd do that, but I use the little bit of an 'under the bed' for extra storage space.
