Still seems like normal blackjack rules. Dealer hits on 9 to get 15, that's under 16 so she hits again to get 18. Now it's over 16 so she must stay.
2 is pretty unpredictable, but mathematically, you stay against it until you have 12 or less.

I'd like to play Higher or Lower, I missed it the first time.

@Vanora: If we play higher or lower, I would like to know what happens if it's a 10 versus a J, for example. It says both have a value of 10, but is J still considered higher than 10 like I would normally think?

@Theory: I believe that is a non-issue, Blackjack currently has the most votes.
