I can relate. Also people lighting fireworks in their front yard. So obnoxious. (One of my old neighbors lit their house on fire doing this once.)

Go outside and scream with them. It's very therapeutic to let out a raw primal scream.

Idk but this lady is always screeching at her dog but only cuz it keeps running from her. It always sounds so dramatic.
People are just like that. They do it in public too. Scream in the mall, scream in the store, scream in my or my cashier's face...

I grew up in apartments so I've been there.
This reminds me of a certain unit on one side of the living room walls in the last apartment. Those folks were big on game parties as there'd be loud cheering coming from their unit on a lot of occasions.
When my dad passed in October of 2005, I slept in my mom's bed for like a month and I'd heard sex sounds behind her wall at least a couple of times.
There was also this Asian woman when I was 7-9. She was yelling outside her unit, loudly. I think it was something about football so I'd assumed she was yelling at some teenage boys.
My mom actually had to call the cops.
I didn't know this until I was older as my mom intentionally kept it from me but it turns out that woman had been yelling at nothing.
They've all got people like this.
Now that I am in a house the biggest disruption is fireworks on celebratory occasions. At-home fireworks are illegal here but no one cares or enforces it.
We don't consider it a disruption though.
