so green and white = engineer, mechanic or tech ( insignia difference )
red and white = medic, nurse or doctor ( insignia would be different depending )
black and white = commander, general, or otherwise higher-tier person ( insignia difference )
purple and white = solider, or otherwise lower-tier person ( insignia difference )
blue and white = pilot, navigator or co-pilot ( insignia difference )
