I'm totally gonna jinx myself by saying this but I'm surprised I haven't gotten any yet. I've been working with horses for about 2 years I'd say, no ticks on me yet. The horses get a bunch of them tho. Also, the grass and weeds grow so fast, anything can be hiding in them!

@RainbowPanda: does anyone take the ticks off of the horses if not that ain't good
just have to check make sure you don't have any if you do every found one take a shower

Ugh. Not to butt in. But ticks are fucking scary tbh. Like Unicorn said, you can get so sick from a bite. ): It's a reason why this summer will be my last summer working up at a summer camp. I'm terrified of Lyme disease.
@RainbowPanda: wasps and ground bees are the only ones who do that not honey bees or bumble bees
