Wow, that does sound pretty shitty, Ina. I thought it was frustrating pushing our rewards card because the system is still glitchy and it's just a headache.

Ina - Yep! I think the staff check to see how much everyone is earning with how much the items cost and boost accordingly. Just exclude the crazy dragon from all those amounts because she is inhuman. ;)

I'm glad we don't have any credit cards. We do try to get people to sign up for our email address, but they rarely do.
