Cereal isn't always the healthiest choice. I only do break fast foods sometimes, whenever I get in the mood for them.
I don't do the sugary kids stuff
but breakfast is the most important meal of the day

I will usually eat regular foods for breakfast rather than traditional breakfast category foods.
