My whoever made this decision burn forever in Hell! Lucifer is one of the many shows Fox is cutting loose. All to make more room for fucking football.

Football? FOOTBALL?! Are they seriously doing that just to make room for sports? And why football?
I didn't get to watch this yet. Are they going to release a few episodes to wrap the series up before it goes off air or are they going to just end it on a cliff hanger? (might determine whether I watch it or not)

@Faust Sheep: The producer said in a tweet that they were intentionally ending on a cliffhanger to ensure a season four. So the season finale (the next episode) is going to be a cliffhanger.

@Another Movie Addict: So they're hoping to get season four out before it's taken off? Or was this before the show was cancelled?
I watched shows though where the producers made promises like that and it never happened.

@Faust Sheep: They found out after season three was completed (current season). So they don't have time to change it or fix it. There is a campaign to save the show, and WB/DC are shopping it out to streaming services to save it. But I don't know if that will help.

@Another Movie Addict: Well Netflix has taken in a few shows. So has Amazon. So it might help. (if it gets taken in by hulu, I won't be able to watch anyways since I don't have hulu. :P) If it's popular enough though you'd think a streaming service would be glad to pick it up.

@Faust Sheep: Since Lucifer's comic book, tv, movie rights belong to DC they're thinking about putting it on their own streaming service if worst comes to worst. I really hope the show is rescued, it's a fine and interesting show.

.... Well, that certainly figures. I only JUST started watching Lucifer when this news hit. I’m hoping another network will pick up the contract and continue the show.
