@Rallaa: I hav no insurance so therapy and medication is out of
the question.
and my dad doesn't believe in depression and think the bible will cure you.
so he would definitely not take me. and i am dependent on him until i am able to work.

Therapy is not as valuable as talking to people who can actually relate to you and your situation <3 I'M HERE FOR YOU.

@MoodyBats: I am both of those things at once, but I totally understand. My point is therapists tend to get payed a lot of money to tell you thing you already know... not that they don't have their uses.

Yeah, they are great if you have no one else you feel you can talk to.

I've had my ups and downs with my depression.
But doing okay today. though slightly queasy.
