I need a mouth guard, to stop from clamping my mouth shut.

@Anarchist beauty: Mine actually sometimes encourages me to clench, so I wake up in the morning with my jaws stiff and shut. But it takes the pressure off of the teeth and the bones by having some silicone in the middle.
