Do yall ever add extra cheese onto your frozen pizzas once they're out of the oven?

Unmelted cheese on pizza seems weird to me. But I don't eat cheese so what do I know :P
Yeah, the heat in the pizza melts the cheese and the pizza's temp is brought down to acceptable eating levels.
I've seen videos of people showing off a pizza restaurant that does 'cold-cheese pizza'
But they show unmelted cheese shreds on top, which idk that's a little weird.
But the way I do it, it melts, yeah.

I too am lactose intolerant, but also eats lots of cheese.
Ah, that's pretty cool then. I didn't think it could melt like that, but I'm probably too used to the vegan cheese I cook with to remember how differently dairy cheese acts. Sean, 25, they/them
