PROMPT: Talk to Vivi
Vivienne is unfortunately still combing through the beach for her whistle when Vreg approaches her. Jerking upright, she offers a weary smile. "Oh, Vreg!" Nodding in your direction, she lets out a tired sigh. "I hope you're all having fun! Is there anything I can help you with...?"
It feels like she wants to ask whether Vreg found the whistle or not, but she doesn't want to impose. You might need the whistle for something else, but you could also put her mind at ease.
You give Vivienne the whistle, losing it from your inventory.
"I think I found your treasure," Vreg presents the whistle with natural flourish and she cries out in relief.
"Vreg! You really found it!" She gently takes it from his grasp and sniffles. "Van gave me this after the whole... event," she began to say. "Told me that if I ever get into trouble like that again, I should blow this and she'll come running." She gave it a squeeze with a shake of her head, "Sorry! Anyway, uhm! I found something when I was looking for the whistle that you might like?" She takes a key from the safe confines of her swimsuit to show him.
Vreg accepts the key, "Oh, thank you! I've been collecting these because I'm pretty sure they'll lead to treasure, but I don't remember any good spots being around here. Hmm..."
"Oh yeah, I meant to ask!" Vivi smiled, "Where'd you find this?"
"The whistle? Was in the spot near consu-- consi--- confusion stand. There was other good treasure too, I think I'll go back there or mark it for later. Eugene didn't even know about it!"
Vivi takes a glance down at the whistle in her hand, "What spot?"
Vreg smiles big. "Garbage there is a great spot. Found all sorts of things. Should go back there and collect the rest of the treasures! Maybe before we go back to Voltra. Huh, Eugene?"
The color leaves Vivi's face. "Oh... I-I see! I never would have found it... but now I'm not sure if I'll ever blow on it," she adds quietly.
