Skipping along with her sister through the bustling city about them, her face cooed and awed at all the sights they were passing by and through. She tried to capture mental images and make notes of their location with design to come back to it later since they were hurrying to school right now. Taking all the new and exciting things was a lot to take in but, felt short lived, as her sister seemed to have crashed into something and fell back onto her. Feeling the weight of her sister on top of her, crushed her for a moment as she gasped for air when she quickly got off of her.
Rubbing her head as she sat up from the ground, she groaned,"Urghhh.. Wha-what happened?"
Looking towards her sister groggily now as she was just recollecting from the collision, she noticed three girls standing tall over them. They did not seem to be happy as to what just happened.
"Ughh, what in the world was that?", questioned the first.
"Watch where you are going pipsqueak!", threatened the second.
"Wow! Were you even watching where you were going?!!", yelled the third.
Karlia was startled as she looked towards her sister again, pushing herself off the ground carefully and dusting herself off from the dirt.
Karlia replied to her sister's concern first,"Yeah.... I think I'll be fine but we have other issues to deal with now..." Karlia pointed to the other girls who were still waiting for some kind of response as they glared angrily.
She decided to move in front of her sister and tried to speak as politely as she could,"Umm... Hi... We are terribly sorry for bumping into you, we were just on our way to Pokéstart. We are new students there and we will be staying around here as well whilst in school." She followed with a bow to try and show her sincerest apologizes.
Raising herself back up, she extend an arm out and decided to introduce herself and her sister, "My name is Karlia and this is my sister Arlie, what may yours be?" She smiled shyly hoping to make amends.
The girls seemed to have just rolled their eyes, "Yeah whatever, just make sure you stay out of our way" the red-headed girl spoke first.
"What she said", spoke the other two in unison as they all walked away completely ignoring them now.
Karlia tucked her hand away in embarrassment as that seemed to have not gone over as well as she hoped. Trying to move on from the subject she turned to her sister, "Well uhh, I guess I tried?" Karlia shrugged and started to continue walking, "Let's get going, we will be late if we stay any longer." Karlia seemed to force a smile as she tried to hide her disappointment.
