Yes you can, apparently you can pan fry them too. My family just boils them, which is gross.

@Another Movie Addict: My family either boils or microwaves them. The grill is reserved for real sausages.
Today though, it was Lunchables hotdogs. XD
Normally I just eat the pizza ones but was going for variety.
I'm actually not really much of a hotdog eater. When my family makes them I pass.
Actually I think hot dogs are really gross. XD I always smother them in chili and cheese so I don't taste the hot dog bit.
