Looks like a TuxedoMask-esque or cold-eyed villain character from a shoujo anime. Very cool.
I'd personally change the shoes to have a some white in them, to balance the distribution of white a bit more.

Ive seen several people tell you how adorbz your avi is, and its so true. Looks like a cute ghibli character. 9/10 waiting for voltra to make different handheld poses down the road-the food item being nom'd is tough to identify (I guess unless you know the actual item xp)
