"......." Sharp was silent for a moment.
"Once." he said.
"Eh?" Ty muttered.
"One survived." he told them.
"However... they were forever changed after that. The Ancient Ones left... something... carved into them. And they took a piece of that person away when they were driven out." he went on.
"So this kid is guaranteed screwed, either way." Tyson commented.
"Mana and medicine have come a VERY VERY long way since then." Sharp countered.
"We don't know until we know."

".........normally I would say 'no'." Sharp commented.
"But we don't need to have YOU lose yourself." he admitted.
"So... make it quick." he told her.
"I'll be by the front door." Ty commented.
"Aedan, I'll meet you there when you are ready to head out." he then said to the female that was with him.

Aedan nodded.
"I'll make it quick." She added before heading off after telling Ty she'd meet him in about ten or so.
Sure enough, ten minutes later she approached him at the door, where she said that she'd meet him.
"All right, I've had a bite to eat, I should be good unless something gets in the way." She told him.
"Admittedly... with the ancients, I'm nto entirely sure."

Tyson sighed.
"This is something that... is... well... frightening." he told her.
"We're meddling in things far beyond our comprehension." he sighed.
"Who knows what will happen?" he asked rhetorically.
"...I just feel sorry for the poor boy acting as the vessel." he then added.

'Yeah..." She agreed.
"It's... there's a lot of things that will happen,a nd I don't know if I want to know what's going to happen to the kid." She added.
"But we'll have to do what we can. I don't expect him to survive though."

"Neither do I." Tyson sighed.
"But we need to do whatever we can, and hope the two of us will be enough." he told her.
"THREE." a new voice corrected him.
"Huh?" Tyson muttered, looking to where it came from.
Standing before them was a man dressed in faded jeans, a plain tee-shirt, and he had red and black striped hair.

"I...Uhhh..." She paused.
"All right, where's the clearance for this one?" She asked Ty, figuring he had a better idea than she did.

"Uhhhh..." Ty stammered, unsure of what to say.
"Wait, you look familiar." he then said.
"Name's Ash Fyrane." the man replied.
"Yes, I'm related to Kiah." he quickly added.
"Yet I am here on behalf of... an organization... that deals with this sort of thing." he told them both.
"I was sent here to help you. And... if necessary, do the sordid dead."

Ash nodded.
"Yep." he replied.
"Let's go, then." he said. "We have a lot of ground to cover, and not a lot of time to cover it in." he told them.
Meanwhile, 'Levi', seeing no more victims around in the house, had left the dwelling, and was making his way down the street... though his movements were... unnatural and rather stiff... yet somehow impossibly fluid at times.
He was stopped by a couple of people that demanded money off of him... which resulted in one of them being pinned to the ground again, being choked, as 'Levi' let out an unearthly sound.

The other one had been quick on the draw. He hadn't long to continue doing what was being done before he felt something colliding with his skull. When he looked, he saw the other poerson that had been there looking ready to tear his head off.
"Get. The fuck. Off of him." They snarled

Levi cocked his head to the side... almost to the point where it looked like his neck would snap.
And it looked like whatever they had clocked him with did NO damage. Or he wasn't registering it, anyway.
He was silent for a moment, as his skin seemed to pulse with dark veins of mana.
He opened his mouth and let out a low murmur of more unnerving and unearthly noises, before he lunged for them, slamming them against a nearby wall.
Again, he let out more chilling noises, seeming to be a gibberish language... but the person distinctly heard two english words hidden among them.
"...help me..."

There was silence after that, after the impact, before they reacted and tried to have him to get off of them. The pinning wasn't nice, after all.
They didn't do anything, couldn't, beyond beating on him as best they could, of course.
That plea for help was being ignored, there was no way to know if it was real, after all.

Levi continued to pin the person to the wall, as the 'veins' pulsed more and more. However, when the actual skin started to pulse up and down, like something was trying to break free, that's when it got really unnerving.
A few tears started to stream down Levi's cheeks, before he clamped his hands around his victim's neck, and started to squeeze as hard as his body would allow him.
"....stop...." they heard through his mouth noises.
"...run... save..." they heard further, before they started to lose consciousness, only for his grip to loosen slightly when the first person hit Levi's head from behind.
"The fuck's WRONG with this guy!?" they exclaimed, anger and fear in their tone.

Once they were free, they, along with the other person, got Levi away from them, so they could bolt.
"B eats me. Let's get the fuck away from him though." Was all tha twas said in response. They couldn't really think of anything more, after all. Right now, all they wanted to do, was put as much distance between them and Levi as they possibly could.

As they ran, they glanced back on occasion, to see if he was still there.
He was. He didn't seem to be moving at all... but whenever they glanced forward to check their route, and then looked back, he was always closer than they would expect.
It was as though he was 'blinking' closer and closer towards them.
"The hell!?" one exclaimed.
"This is freaking me out!" they told their partner.

Ty and Ash were silent, before the former stopped the vehicle. His bike was in the shop, so he had a rental car to drive, which ended up working out, considering there were three people now.
"Why?" Ash asked.
"Is something wrong?" he asked her.
"....you sense something, don't you?" Ty then asked her.
"Get going." he told her.

Aedan didn't hesitate. As soon as the care had stopped (which was coincedentally the same time that Ty had said what he did), she was out of the car and practically running off into the darkness. There was no way for either of them to know what it was that she was picking up on, but it wouldn't take long for Ash to figure it out if he were to try.
There was something happening nearby, within a couple of miles, easily, and it was what was drawing her in. Along with that, it was also what they were there for.
It wouldn't be hard for him to ID that, either.
