update about my knee, so my scab is smaller now, but my scar is big and will always be there, that fact of how much flesh got scraped off by getting hurt in the first place, all that is really under my scar is nothing but scar tissue. so it will always be stiff and sore there. I have to do exercises, if my exercises don't help me at all, I will have to be doing physical therapy.

@Unicorn: Just a whopper and fries. It was good, but doesn't compare to home-cooked food. Glad there were no dishes to do though.
