I called the cops but since I wasn't in immediate danger I'll have to deal with it tomorrow cause they never showed. Guy lives two houses away from me which makes it a bit of a situation.

@Totalanimefan: I am mad when people embody a bunch of negative stereotypes though cause everyone should be mindful of that shit. It just reinforces other people's views and can be harmful to people who have nothing to do with it.
