@dread pirate: That’s awesome! Congrats on that! It’s always nice to have the peace of mind to know exactly what you have to do.
My job essentially was like “ figure it out.” It’s still that way and teaching new employees is not management but staff teaching them when they don’t know it that well themselves, which is scary because it’s client care.
