@vengeance: When I was promoted they never made a new contract, so i'm technically still on my demoted contract...And secondly I was given the hardest thing to look after.. And a boss saw how I struggling. x.x
@Robyn: It's not really fair to fire someone for struggling to do something. Demoting is another thing.
@vengeance: I'm just a sinking ship, and believe me there is a lot of struggling to stay afloat. 
@Robyn: Sorry to hear that. Hope you will be able to find another job that fits you better.
