@Amber Lynne: I make mushroom risotto once in awhile when I feel like I am hungry for mushrooms instead of mushroom soup, or plain mushrooms. which I do have 2 big cans of mushroom soup but I want to make pasta with it er some tuna noodle I just don't have the tuna or other stuff to make it. I only have pasta and mushroom soup. but mushroom risotto is so good even my little unicorn loves to eat it she likes to put her little minnie mouse chair by me well I am cooking it out the stove. everytime that I make it. but you should try it sometime if you get the chance.
